Dale and his family did a good job hanging my drywall. I was so pleased, I have now hired them to tape, mud, sand, and texture it too. They really know their drywall. I can not speak to their work in other areas, but they are good at drywall and they do not fuss about little things. They just get the job done. I forgot to buy some supplies for them. They just picked them up at the store and got to work anyway. They get to work early and do not even take a lunch break. Dale is relatable and easy to work with. He has a lot of professional tools, and he knows how to do a lot of things. It is nice to have the owner doing and supervising all the work. He is a common sense, no-nonsense, honest, God-fearing, good guy. He is a family man like me. I respect that he took a little time off to go to his grandchild birthday party. Some of the earlier reviews sound like they are talking about a different guy, seriously.

Responded very timely. Completed work quickly and is very skilled. BEAUTIFUL job! My husband's father was a Marine Corp drill sergeant who starting flipping houses by himself when he was 55, eventually purchasing and improving a motel in Daytona Beach and townhouses in St. Augustine. He taught my husband how to be a good handyman, and he taught him like the drill sergeant he was. He would have been very critical of Dale's work, and Dale would have passed inspection! We talked about future repairs and I have already given his name to two friends. Thanks Dale!

Dale and team responded very quickly and we're very punctual every day on the job. I had a very bad experience with a previous contractor and Dale came in and not only got the job done , but had to fix the previous guys mistakes. What a professional team. Also they work and leave the site very clean. That's an issue for me. I would recommend them for sure and also plan on using them in the future

Dangerous, incompetent and lazy. Be forewarned Dale has been sued by another client and will be sued by me as well. The electric work he performed for me broke numerous code violations and caused serious fire hazards. I had to hire an electrician to go through all his work redo it and repair it to make it safe and meet fire codes. Dale Wilsonâ s plumbing work was equally awful. It leaked. He used the wrong connections. The plumbing in the walls was all done incorrectly. I took the installation manual for the fixture out, showed it to him and said this was how it needed to be done. He had to then go in my closets cut out two big holes in each closet for each bathroom so he can go in and tighten them up. Even with this, they were still loose. That left me having to hire a drywaller to go back in patch all his gigantic holes and retexture them and repaint them. This was all done at my own expense. I also had to hire a drywaller to repair the entire bathroom ceiling as Dale did an awful job, it looked like three different patch jobs on one ceiling. The tub he installed did not hold water. He messed up the drain installation so badly that the plumber could not even fix it. He had to install a completely new and different drain system. He would tear out insulation in ceilings and forget to replace it and when I would ask him if he replaced it, he would say he did except that when I looked, he hadnâ t. His tiling work was equally atrocious. The shower floor he installed drained away from the drain toward the shower walls. His tiles were all uneven and crooked. Some of the wall tiles in the shower stall literally fell off the wall a week after he installed them. He used screws to secure the waterproof membrane in the shower pan. I told him that I wanted a niche in the shower. He forgot to put one in. I had to hire a new tile company to come in and redo the entire shower. The new tile people had to remove chunks of thin set and broken tile that dale left in my drain. He made no effort to cover the drain hole during demo or the install and the drain would not drain properly. His tile work in the kitchen was also a disaster. I asked him to lay the tile down in thirds. This was done incorrectly and when I questioned him about it, he said he thought ¼ and ¼ of a tile was 1/3. Clearly, he doesnâ t understand math. Again, I had to hire another tile company to come in and repair his work at my own expense. Daleâ s truck continually leaked truck fluid all over my driveway for weeks and weeks oddly enough Daleâ s truck died on the way home because it ran out of transmission fluid. I have photos to document all of what Iâ m saying and I would be happy to share them with anyone who wants to see them. We had an agreement about how the project would be paid for 1/3 up front 1/3 in the middle of the work and one 3rd at completion. Despite this Dale continually asked for more payments and foolishly I gave them to him. As he had received most of the payments, he stopped showing up more and more and worked less and less. Then he just stopped coming. Dale never put in a full 8-hour day. Often, he would come for an hour or two and go home. He would often say he would show up at a certain time the next day and then not appear.

Very dependable. Worked hard and steady. Very detail oriented. Followed through on everything he said he was going to do. Offered advice when asked on other work we needed. He has a great team. Would hire them again.

I called this company several times to finish the job I hired them for. The job included repairing drywall and putting new flooring into 2 rooms and a hallway. Mr. Wilson stated he would come back to my residence to finish work several times, however he showed up once and again did not finish. Mr. Wilson stated he would be back to finish the work but never returned. The floor he and his team put in has several areas that have popped up and will need further work. To summarize I am not satisfied with the quality of work, and I paid for a project that was left unfinished.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work performed and his communication. We fired every contractor except Wilson. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and we will use his service for any future jobs.!!!

I wish he could speak to me or get back to me to tell me what happened or why he cannot finish the job, no communication. Basically he abandoned the job and I have to find somebody else.

Experienced, Knowledgeable and the ability to fix almost anything that is broken. Can handle minor electrical and plumbing. Taping dry wall is exceptional. I would highly him handyman and painting projects.
