It was very nice for them to call me back and he saved me a lot of money because filter I have sucks and it's brand new and it's horrible and awful. For me to get a new filter would have been like $700 and I paid for him to come out and he did it for me for $65. He showed me what I needed to do and helped me out with it and it's been working. He is honest and he helps me out a lot. He is really knowledgeable. I will use him all the time. It's hard to get a pool person that comes and knows what they are doing and has a good rate.
