WAO Builders Inc

We got the name of WAO Builders from going to a national website that provided names of businesses that could do the work we wanted. We were emailed by William, the owner, advertising for the home improvement that we wanted done. We saw that he had no problems with the BBB, so I called and talked to William for about 20 minutes regarding the addition work we wanted done. Surprisingly, for a company that we would be giving 65K of our money for work to do, William would not let me speak, as he went on-and-on about the details of the addition that we would like done. After he was done talking, he wanted me to email him a sketch with the dimensions of the addition so he could provide an estimate. He then gave me a fairly certain date when he would be getting back to us, but he ultimately never did. So we never got past step one. ...He even gave the stereotypical excuse of, "I will be going out of town, but this is the date when I will contact you back." WAO Builders, a waste of time for any homeowner in Florida who wants home improvement work done. Thank you.
