Alex was on time; professionally dressed and with organized equipment. He listened to us explain how high the TV should be and made suggestions regarding the sound bar. Even though we marked the studs, Alex verified their placement and used Tapcon screws that will bite into our cinder block to hold the weight of the TV (70") because this is on an outside wall. . He measured twice. After drilling holes, he stopped to use his own little ShopVac to clean up! In just over one hour, our TV was mounted, adjusted and leveled, tilted appropriately. He could have left at that point, however, he asked if we wanted DVD player, Cable box, Google and sound bar connected as well - NO CHARGE! We are very happy with this service and will call him again for the "Man Cave" setup.
