Rob came over and crawled underneath to check everything out. While he was under there he checked out the anchor straps on the home. He found that everything looked good but it was loose and would not pass the present code. He figured up an estimate for the repair of the insulation, vapor barrier, and a separate estimate to bring it up to code. I asked about the skirting that was ruined in the hurricane and if he did that work also. He said he did and gave me an estimate for replacing the existing skirting with a brace in the middle to prevent wind from pushing it in. I got two other estimates and decided to go with these guys. I called and Rob told me that they were scheduling about two weeks out. He called me back a week later and gave me the date that they would be here. They showed up on the day they said and got about 60% of the job done. I was told they had a home move on the following day, but they would be back the day after. They showed up on the day as promised and finished up the project. When they finished the job up they had all of the trash picked up from the removal, the old skirting put back into place, and all of the gates closed up and locked for me. There are a few places that I have found that will give you a price, show up when they say, and do the job that you have contracted them for. His crew went above and beyond doing the work and cleaning up after. They did such a good job that I have hired them to do some more work for me. I'll follow up when I get the next project done.

He gave me a detailed estimate that included all parts that would be used; what would be replaced, how the different pieces of equipment would assist in keeping the house safe, and how long this would take - 2 days.
He had a team of about 3 men who worked two days and completed everything. After everything was completed one of the owners came by and he went under the house checking to be sure everything was done correctly.

Ron took the time to explain what was needed to keep the tie downs and piers in repairs and how often they should be checked.  I had gotten Storm Ready's name from Angies List for a second opinion and Ron helped me go over the estimate from the first company which was more than 10 times Ron's estimate.  After looking under the home with Ron and discussing I realized the estimate from the other company was to repair items that were not even present under my home.  I am so glad I called Ron at Storm Ready.

This was an absolutely incredible experience!  I didn't companies like this existed anymore.  We called Rob the owner, told  him that the underbelly of our house was a mess and he came right over.  He was very friendly and knowledgable.
   He went underneath the house, checked thngs out and gave us a complete itemized list of what he was going to do and the price.  We agreed that he would start the next day.   They arrived the next morning at the time they said they would and Rob was with them to oversee the project.  He kept us advised at all times of what  they were doing and told us to let  him know if we had any questions. The entire project took three days and at the end of each day they cleaned up completely and replaced the skirting so it didn't appear that work was going on.   When it was over  Rob inspected all the work personally and  made sure we were completely satisfied.
      We will definitely call this company again if we have any house problems in the future.They went way beyond the call of duty and  if everyone were  even a little like these people, we would not have so many problems in the"

I got three estimates and they were the least expensive. They did great work. I really enjoyed the service.

This company was absolutely wonderful.  They returned a call immediately and came within 2days.  They started the work whenthey said they would and returned to finish when they said they would. They did little extras which meant a lot to make my home safer.  Every time I called their number a real person answered the phone. They left all areas clean and I would highly reccomend this company.

Work was completed on April 16 in 3 full days. Workers were very good- explained everything they were doing and cleaned up afterwards. When they were done they walked me around and showed me everything that was done. One problem that came up was that due to settling of the home  into the ground they were unable to put the vapor barrier under one small area of the home. To make up for that they installed three extra anchors.
When I said i was completely satisfied they gave me the bill and I paid them the agreed  upon amount.
The workers were all very professional.

Returned inquiry telephone call the same day; came out to site the next morning and went over what our needs were; inspected mobile home inside, outside and underneath; developed estimate and wrote proposal; we agreed to proposal and scheduled time to do work; crew arrived on schedule and completed work with minimum disruption of residents; finished work was inspected by Rob and then payment was made.
