Never was communicated with unless this is the company that had a random person show up at my home with no forewarning and now company insignia. The gentleman spoke no English

"I apologize for the delayed response to your review. We have tried to reach you by phone, email, and through the Angi app before replying here. It seems you may be mistaking us for another company, as your statement is not accurate. In the Angi app, we communicated with you, received your survey, and scheduled an appointment for Friday. You even confirmed on Thursday at 4:00 PM, asking if we were still going on Friday, and I replied “yes.” However, later that same Thursday at 8:07 PM, you texted back to cancel, stating that your fence project was on hold due to HOA approval. Because of that, we never came out. All of our communication was through the app, and you were the one who placed the hold on the scheduled free estimate. I have also been trying to reach you for days by phone, text, and email with no luck. Please review the conversation in the Angi app, as this review does not accurately reflect our company or the events that took place."

They where prompt and courteous with there time and service performed for My Moms nine sections of fence replacement and two gates that were destroyed due to second hurricane in October. There quotes for the work done and materials used where excellent . Nice family run business and they speak spanish which was a plus for my Mother. Dayana was excellent in keeping me updated on the project for I live in the Boston area .
