FATHER & SONS GARAGE DOORS

Let me start by saying I've used Steve at Father & Son Garage Door periodically for at least 10 years, maybe more. Garage Doors and their automatic openers sometimes need adjustments and tweaks. This time I accidentally clipped the bottom of my door with the roof of my truck, and cracked the wood pretty substantially. Steve advised me that those doors from the 70's don't have replacement parts available any more. He ingeniously pulled them back together with ratchet straps and screwed on steel reinforcing plates. Problem solved, and the door works BETTER than before.

I have used Father and Son's for many years now (as so have many of my other family members).  They are a family run business that is honest, helpful, goes out of their way, and very affordable.  My most recent service was on a rental property door that was not functioning.  Upon my first phone call I received a response in minutes.  They even came out the same day.  First, he tried to fix an ancient existing door opener for me.  He was unsuccessful so then I contracted him to replace it.  Being overly generous as he is, he deducted the amount of the first visit from the overall cost of new install.  He was very timely, always responsive, and the work is fantastic.  I have not had any problems and don't expect I will for many years.  But I will call him for other properties.  Definitely a very trust worthy company.
