After 3 months, we cancelled their services.  Every cut seemed to have problems such as not raking up or blowing away the cut grass which was left in clumps (I had to rake it up), missing areas for edging, facing the mower toward the pool which blew the cut grass directly into our pool, and worst of all?  They drove the mowers across our patio tile and left horrendous mud tracks which then were baked in by the sun.  This could have been avoided if they had taken 5 minutes to rinse the patio off with the hose.  To this day we have permanent tire tracks from their mowers on our patio.  They were polite and nice, but the work done was horrendous.  We are not overly fussy people, but the patio ruts were just too much damage to forgive.  To be fair, our experience was in 2011, and I understand they have changed owners.  They may have improved, but we personally will never hire this company again based on our experience in 2011.

Initially the lawn maintenance and shrub care went smoothly.  On the front landscape I was provided with a written estimate but no schematic as to how the plantings would be placed.  I also indicated that I wanted drip irrigation installed in a narrow bed along the sidewalk.  The owner came out to supervise the work.  They arrived with plants which were not on the agreed estimate and failed to install the irrigation.  I was informed that they would return at a later date to complete the irrigation.  After several contacts, the provider informed me that they do not handle irrigation issues.  I continued however with the lawn maintenance and later requested for them to perform a landscape install for my back yard.  There were several appointments made where I had taken time off from work to be home and they were a no-show.  The owner informed me part of the reason they didn't come was because he needed to be present to supervise the install - however, two men showed up - without the owner, without all the plants on the estimate and without the proper mulch.  Currently, half of the plants installed in the back have died.  A short time after the rear landscape had been installed, a series of additional issues began.  There were consistent problems with the lawn maintenance including failure to edge, scalping and mowing into other owners property lines.  Also the agreed upon quarterly shrub and palm trim became an issue.  The provider failed to trim the bushes until 5 months later.  During this time I repeatedly asked the provider when they would be coming out to do the trim as the palms looked especially poorly.  I was given multiple different excuses including that the workmen must have forgot, the supervisor was on vacation and they failed to bring a ladder tall enough to reach the fronds.  During the last landscape trim, the workmen also cut into a gutter downspout.  When I called the provider to inform them that this had occurred - they failed to offer reimbursement or replacement for the damage.  Finally, the provider informed me that the palms would no longer be trimmed as they were too tall for them to service.  Within the week after I received this information, I terminated service with the provider.

They did an excellent job. They were the best price that I received from estimates. They were knowledgeable.
