They were professional. They were good. They came out few times and I dont have any issues with them.

Guests had an issue, I called and they went right out to the satisfaction of the guests.

Had a problem that needed prompt attention at a rental unit. Made arrangements by phone with Freddy and his team went out and resolved the issue the same day. Guests were not inconvenienced and all Orkin employees were polite and respectful.

They do the service but some people are more thorough than others. It has been quit a turnaround in the few years because it is never the same persons coming back. They were late on returning my calls and the quality of the service is not consistent.

The job went well. I felt that they were a little overpriced. Also, I still saw some pests in my yard and they had to come back out. They came back out at no additional charge. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would use them again in the future.
