"In sort, you were charged accordingly, as you canceled the out back for same day as your repair guy couldn't fix it. You were informed that there would be an additional charge for having to return to the service area to put it back up. You p proceeded to file a claim against a legitimate bill and caused damages to our financial institution with all the fees I had to pay due to your claim. In which you were informed that we would be holding you responsible. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever working for you to even change a light bulb."
