We were so pleased with the service we received from Ray of A and D Lock and Key. We put out a call and he returned it immediately and came to our house the same day. He was so thorough and professional and fixed our problem and checked all of our locks on our doors. Had to have a key made for vehicle. Could not ask for a better tech. He was professional and kept in touch with me on an arrival time for my job. Now thats a plus. If only all techs would keep in touch with the customer.

We are very happy with Ray. He showed up on time for the appointment. He had everything he needed with him and expertly handled two very old farm doors that needed new door handles and deadbolt locks. Because of their age, the door frames had to be worked on in order to fit the new strike plates properly. Ray handled it perfectly so now we donâ t have to push the doors in to lock them anymore!!! He kept on until everything worked smoothly.
