"Your proposal with ALL costs and options for a new system was emailed to you on February 26, 2019. It was typed and it COULDN’T have been more clear what your proposed pricing was for each seer rating and additional accessories for your consideration. The options on your quote either stated “INCLUDED” OR “$(price)”. You replied to this email -so you did received it. The price of your system never changed. The quoted amount is what you paid (minus the discounts we gave you). And if you wanted the air purification system as an additional fee, that was your choice. It was clearly stated that it was an additional $975. You stated in your email to us: and I quote: “From the items listed is there any of them that if taken out from the invoice will reduce the base price. I really like the Air purification option so I will like to keep that but just wondering about the other items listed”. We then gave you AN ADDITIONAL $250 off your system. Then at install we gave you an ADDITIONAL discount of $150 on the air purification system. Finally, I don’t understand how you can say that no one reached out to you, as you spoke to Madonna in our office many times about this and I also PERSONALLY called you as well, as we never want any of our customers upset. I am sorry that you didn’t look at the proposal, and I wish you would have called us with any questions you may have had. The proposal cleared stated that the RGF purification system that you wanted and received was an additional $975. Ms. [Member Name Removed], no matter how hard we try, there are still some people that we just cant make happy. You are one of those people. I truly look forward to your warranty period being over so that you can move on to another company to help you."
