Rentals - Equipment, Moving
The first time I rented a 4x8 tag-along trailer, my reservation was messed up by my destination (Douglasville, GA) store, but Neph took care of me and the rental went smoothly. The second time, I rented a truck, which was in good working order and easy to drive.
The third time, I made my reservation on-line, and I thought I was reserving a 5 x 10 tag-along trailer...but I clicked on 5 x 8 instead, which was too small. Neph upgraded me to a 6 x 12, which was perfect. There was only one 6 x 12 trailer on his lot, but rather than making me go elsewhere, he arranged for a colleague to bring over another 6 x 12 trailer for the other reservation, which was later in the day. He saved me so much trouble during an otherwise stressful process of moving!
His can-do attitude is exemplary, I cannot say enough good things about him. I won't need to rent another trailer, but I've already been a repeat customer, and I recommend this store to anyone who wants to do a self-move.
