TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

This company moved a very sentimental piece of furniture for my family, and completely broke one entire piece of this expensive piece of furniture. This was 9 days ago. I was told I would receive a call and a remedy and this never happened. I called 3 days later to be told that it was being handled, they were calling the company we purchased from and it would all be sorted out. This was 9 days ago. I called again on Wednesday and was told they are "going through a remodel" and that I wasn't "forgotten about" but the person handling this wasn't in the office and a different manager would reach out. Well apparently by reaching out they mean charge my credit card for the move they never completed. This was 9 days after I sent an email response to their authorization form that they do NOT have my permission to charge the move until they figure out what to do about the several thousand dollar piece they broke. So if you have a really special and expensive piece of furniture you want to be broken with no response from the company and you have to constantly chase them down, use this service. It's sad to have to post a public review to have a company be accountable.

GREAT! They did it all perfectly, adjusting quickly to changes asked for, and completing all the moves to different places in less time than I thought possible.

From initial communication through Angies List, conversations with Autumn in their office, getting a detailed estimate done, setting up a reservation, to the amazing moving crew who were friendly, courteous, helpful, and efficient. Also an outstanding job of loading the storage unit making best use of space and accessibility. Great movers & will definitely use again.

The three men who did our move were outstanding. They were very professional and willing to good out of the way to help placement of our furniture, assembly and organizing. The entire move went very smoothly and helped our move to be stress free. Without any hesitation we can highly recommend this group.

The movers were great. They were on time, very careful and finished the job in less time than anticipated. They even helped me arrange the furniture as I liked.

It went very well. Pasquale and Sean were early and got started right away. They shrinkwrapped everything that could be damaged (including an entire leather sofa!) and moved it onto the truck. When they arrived at the destination, they helped me arrange the furniture and didn't mind making changes as needed. This is the most successful moving venture I've had. There were times that both men were running to or from the truck. In addition, it was under the estimated time by an hour and a half, saving me money. Speaking of money, I know there are a lot of companies who have specials like "2 hours + 2 men + truck = $$" that sound wonderful, but I was afraid of all the extra charges and overages that occur. I chose Two Men and a Truck because I thought that even though a lot of the moving experience is out of my hands, I could pick a company (specifically the Casselberry office) that has great reviews here and elsewhere.

The 3 young men were professional, courteous and accommodating to all my moving needs. In addition to my final destination, a delivery stop was made to drop off items to my son in Altamonte Spgs where they also helped him move some of his own furnishings to another area to accommodate what was delivered. The gentlemen moved quickly and efficiently, always protecting my goods. They were incredibly fabulous. Will highly recommend them.

It started well but it certainly didn't end that way!  A team of two men showed up on time - I was their first stop of the day - it was estimated to be a 4 to 5 hour move ...
In preparation, I had most everything boxed and LABELED prominently with colorful large stickers (6" x 8"), very little furniture - a total of 21 pieces which would be a sofa, recliner, bookcases, armoires, two patio chairs - only one piece required special attention ...
I also have two large pieces of artwork which required extra wrapping and a nice wall mirror ...
I had moved 90% of ALL OF MY BOXES to the room just off the front doors which is the point they used to enter and exit my home and they were all neatly arranged by room designation
When I made the appointment I was under the impression that the movers would take everything - didn't happen ...
In fact, when the movers realized they could not pack the truck in such a manner to accommodate everything (which I don't understand because there was a ton of vertical space available when I looked in before they closed it), I STRESSED they needed to pack everything LARGE because I only have a small car!
Didn't happen!  In fact, my saving grace was that I was fortunate enough to have a dear friend with a small SUV who made 5 trips with his vehicle and mine until 11:00 PM that night - I was totally AGGRAVATED, EXHAUSTED and disappointed!!!
On top of that, when the movers were getting ready to close the truck they discovered the truck they were using was not set up to accommodate the ramp being stored on the outside of the truck (which they of course had to know before they loaded it) - they made a 15 minute adjustment for trying to figure out how to get it inside the truck before leaving ... didn't have time to watch and figure out how much time that took because I was looking inside my house trying to figure out how I was going to move the stuff they left behind!
My move was to a first floor apartment with a garage so it was fairly easy to maneuver - I realized it would be easier for them to stack the boxes in my garage .... now that I'm able to start unpacking  I noticed that many of the boxes are placed UPSIDE DOWN and some things are broken - HARDLY ANY OF THE BOXES ARE PLACED TOGETHER FOR THE SAME ROOM -
VERY DISAPPOINTED after spending DOUBLE WHAT I had ANTICIPATED the move would cost and having to move the rest of my stuff for several hours -  would not recommend!!!  Very BAD EXPERIENCE!

They wouldn't take bags, they called in extra people, and my belongings I had a few boxes, and many bags. They loaded them on the truck. They loaded the boxes than the furniture, so I had a very hard time getting to boxes. The price ended up being twice what was originally

Excellent service. Movers were professional, efficient, courteous, hard-working. Company was responsive and helpful. Went like clockwork. Would gladly use Two Men and a Truck in the future!

Overall things went well. The guys were very professional and timely. They handled my items with care and wrapped the furniture with pads/plastic wrap. 
After looking at everything I have to say this is the first move I've done where I can't find anything broken or additional dings and scratches on stuff. This always seems to be a given of moving but this time went really good. They unwrapped everything they had wrapped themselves when they dropped of the furniture at the new house.
I was originally quoted less then the actual cost so I was a little bummed by my final price. I think having to stop at the storage unit took up more time than I'd have liked. I will say that the men worked continuously so I never felt they were "burning the clock" so I feel it was fair.

Update: It turns out I was overcharged by an hour which was caught by their accountant. The company called me to inform me of the error and is refunding my money. I great appreciate the honesty and reaching out to me to give me the refund.

They did a great job. They were on time. They did what they were supposed to do.

The 3 young men that moved us were the hardest working and most courteous movers we've ever had the pleasure
to use. They worked non-stop for over 10 hours. They explained at the very beginning of the day
that the initial estimate was off and it would take 2 trips to do the move and asked if we wanted to do that.
When we were about to go over the time of the initial estimate they reminded us again that we would be going
over and explained the cost and new estimate. It was all completely transparent with no games.
I would HIGHLY recommend Two Men & a Truck for your moving needs.
