I was on my way home from an appointment and my husband was at home working to let Chris into the house. Chris called me to get the code to get in to our neighborhood, and I called my husband to let him know he was on his way. My husband then had a work call and told Chris I would be home soon. Chris left our house without providing any service. I passed him leaving our neighborhood. He did not call me again to find out answers to his questions, he did not call me for an ETA. He left with no communication. He did not answer his phone when I tried to call him. His office said that I needed to get a new authorization from Bosch as he already used this one when he walked in my house. Their soonest available appointment for him to come back would be in 3 weeks. I got another authorization, but requested a different service provider as I am appalled by his lack of professionalism and communication. I will not work with this service provider again.

I contacted Bosh for warranty work on my new dishwasher. I was given several contractors. Fortunately I had previously looked for contractors on line and checked them out on Angie's List. The two contractors that were closest to me had poor ratings. I mentioned this to the Bosh rep on the phone and was told I could contact any of them as they are supposed to service in a 100 mile radius. While that was true I learned when the repair service got here that Bosh will not pay for mileage to my house since there are the other 2 companies. I feel badly for the guy coming all the way to my place (80) miles. I live in an area that is in the fringes of Tampa and Orlando. Orlando is actually closer. I'll contact Bosh with my findings in hopes of changing that policy.

This company is great and those within their area should consider them for appliance repair.
