Altho they were an hour late due to a miscommunication with the scheduler and heavy traffic and rain, they did an excellent job. Jessica is dedicated to customer service. Her usual partner was out and the sub was an older lady who complained of back pain so I feel she perhaps is not suited to this work. However, they did an excellent job and cleaned everything very well. They were quick and thorough and I was very pleased with the reasonable cost too. I will definitely be calling them again to spruce up this house and then come on a regular basis as I am handicapped.

I've only worked with them twice, and I wasn't too satisfied. They were not very careful and I found a couple of things missing after they had been here. I wasn't pleased overall, so I didn't have them come back.

They don't send the same crew each time, so the quality of their service vary depending on the crew they send out. They are a very honest company; once, one of the girls broke a lamp that I never would've seen, but she told me about it that same day. The company then reimbursed me for the repair. They have different package options, and the more often they come out, the better of a deal it is. I would recommend them!

The two girls they sent were fine, but one of the girls that I thought really did a great job doesn't work with the company anymore. I stopped using their services since I couldn't afford it anymore.

I've been pretty satisfied with them overall. Sometimes the conversations that they have amongst themselves or with me are a bit too personal or negative, which is the only complaint that I have, but otherwise, they are nice people and do a great job overall. They're very dependable and show up when they say they will! I also have them use my equipment, since the person that owns the company isn't very forthcoming with providing the crew with efficient equipment.

I have been using their services for a number of months. the price is reasonable and the staff is always very nice and professional. if you want something done they didn't do, i just tell the crew and they are extremely amenable and will take care of it.

This group came to clean my house 3 times. I provided a key to them when they started servicing our home as we work during the day and have had services in the past that we allowed to come in with a key. Someone was home the 2nd and 3rd times to let them in however on the 4th time no one was home. They called and left a message on our home answering machine that they were waiting for us to let them in. Twenty minutes later they left another message that they needed to move on to their next assignment. When I returned home that evening and heard the messages I immediately called them to ask where my key was. I did have to leave a message on the machine as no one was there. The next morning I expected a call immediately to tell me what happened to my key. No one called. I eventually called them and they told me they did not have my key. I told them that we had given them a key, so she said she would call me back. I waited a few more hours and called again. Again they told me they had no record of the key and couldn’t clean my house because I was not there to let them in. While I explained again and again that they had my key. No one should need to be there to let them in as they have a key to let themselves in. The conversation never progressed beyond them saying they didn't have record of the key. They have yet to apologize for being careless with my property and the security of my family and are intent instead on insinuating I am a liar.
If you use them I would recommend having them give you a receipt when/if you give them your key. Also be prepared for some horrible customer service if you ever need to call in to the office. However I can not recommend their company as their level of cleaning is not great and my experience is that they are careless with your property.

As a result of the mix up with your key, we have implemented a new procedure to ensure that any keys given to our maids during a clean are promptly recorded to guarantee their safe arrival in our office. I would like to apologize for the lack of immediate feedback you encountered and for the poor service you received at your home. I did send you a letter of apology with a gift certificate enclosed back on July 24 which I hope you received. I would very much welcome the opportunity of demonstrating that this was an exception to how our business is normally operated. They are excellent. They had the best price and their price was lower than what I was paying. Their contract was better than my previous one as well. They clean my whole house. They do the rest rooms and everything. They do a comprehensive service and the girls are really nice. I tip them every time they are here because their service is very good. They come here exactly at the time they say they will be here. I will continue using them.

I've been very happy with them. They are incredibly flexible and easy to work, and their pricing is extremely fair. I've found that they are more than willing to accommodate special requests, and their work has been consistently good. Also, I like that they usually send the same crew.

The floors were so dirty when they got through I had to re-clean them. They waxed the floor without cleaning it first. It looks terrible and is the worst job I have ever seen. The mop I gave them was so dirty I had to throw it away.

We were very pleased that they were able to accommodate us with short notice. They will do anything specific that you need taken care of. They are very quick and efficient. We gladly would recommend their services even though sometimes they running a little late when they are really busy.
