When I came home to find our air conditioner not working, Service Plus responded in less than two hours from my initial phone call and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes! Their professionalism and courteous demeanor also add the the wonderful experience of hiring this family owned company. Excellent in every aspect!

The repair technician was very nice but my refrigerator still did not work after he replaced the electronic board. Instead of calling back right away I got online and discovered that a wire needed to be cut on one of the connecting cables to the board. This was also stated in the directions which came with the new board but it must not of been read. I cut the wire myself and the refrigerator works great.

ervice Plus, LLC was very helpful. Was able to diagnose problem, which other repair services have not been able to do in the past. Was helpful in saving me money in parts and install, which is appreciated in this economy. Service technician was on-time to both service calls and friendly. Was extremely appreciative that the company offers Sunday service calls at no additional charge.

Service Plus truly lives up to its name. They are a 10! Helpful, timely responses, punctual, thorough, reliable and pleasant. They do what they say they will...and more. I have already told many of my friends about these folks, because not to do so would be like hoarding gold. A pleasure doing business with these people and plan more projects with them. I feel very lucky indeed to have discovered Service Plus and do not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for the chance to give credit where it's due.

He did a good job, and explained the problem and fixed it and they also fit my schedule which was very nice. I'd give Dana, the lady who makes the calls and does the schedule my thanks, she has good customer service skills and was understanding when we had to reschedule.

Major repairs to an appliance can sometimes exceed the value of the unit being repaired, or come close to it. We strive to offer reasonable rates to our customers. However we believe the hidden value in a repair vs replacement is "TIME". No shopping around makes the repair worthwhile."
