We have been using Service Plus for a few years and every experience has been excellent. Jimmy and Dana are thorough professionals. The service is priced right and done in a timely manner. Their first priority is to satisfy the customer. Highly recommended.

They did not charge us for the tune up. We bought a savings plan with five-year parts and one-year labor warranty on the condenser coil. They are always professional and they do their best to get us in. They always try to find ways to save money.

I was referred to Service Plus from a friend and I couldn't have been more impressed or pleased with their service. Not only did they make an appointment around my schedule they called to let me know when they would be at my home. Jimmy assessed my problem and within a few minutes had the problem repaired. He took the time to explain what was causing my problem and took the extra time to clean out my unit outside and flush the lines as well. I would have him back to my home anytime and would recommend this company to anyone!!! They are honest and care about the business.

This company has come out to our home multiple times after we purchased our house. They were very responsive, worked to get out as quickly as possible, did not over charge or working late or making other trips out, as we had multiple issues left with the AC from the previous owner. This company really does value excellence in customer service and works hard to maintain good communication.
