AWFUL! After speaking to 4 different people and 45 minutes later a technician finally was dispatched. I had to call multiple times to get someone dispatched and was continually pushed through to a voicemail. I found this out after calling from a different number and hey answered, verifying they were screening my number. After waiting an hour, a highly unprofessional young man arrived. Without any introductions or explanation he wrote a tab for $155 to get my car unlocked. I didn't have much choice as I had already been waiting almost an hour and 15 minutes with groceries in my car. He was able to get my car opened and I paid the consequences of calling this company. After the "locksmith" left I called the dispatcher back and asked for a managers phone number to speak to her about my experience. The next day I called 3 different times and was told she was away from her desk but the girl in the office would leave her my name to return my call. I never received a call. The 4th attempt was this morning, 2 days after service. I finally was able to speak to Rita the manager. She apologized for the experience. However, in this situation an apology is not enough. Having been charged over double what I was quoted on the phone, a refund of some form would barely rectify the situation.
