Description of Work: While we were in North Carolina on vacation that our ice maker hose broke on our refrigerator and drenched our house for over five days ruining all our floors except one room in our house. We contacted our insurance company Liberty Mutual the next morning to report the damage and they sent out this company the same day. The owner of the company Gregg Minshall came out that Thursday morning to let us know what to expect on the water removal process and we had left to get something to eat and when we came back that three of his trucks were in our driveway and the house was in the process of getting the floors dried with heaters/blowers and dehumidifiers all over the house. His crew was great and they took up all the floors/molding/carpet to the bare plywood efficiently and quickly so the heaters could do their job in drying up the mess left by the moisture. They took the carpet outside on our deck plus all the moldings for the insurance company to review when they did the assessment on the damages. The whole process only took 3 three days to get the house moisture free with Mike coming each day to do readings plus take some of the equipment out as needed. Mike was especially great to work with in keeping us posted on what to expect during the water removal process. I would recommend this company to anyone that has to go through the misery of water or damages in our most treasured feature...our houses! Anne Blanchard November 18, 2012
