Jerry is excellent. I have had over 13 home inspections in my life and the one performed by Jerry with Prestige Home Inspections was the absolute best. Very thorough, timely and an A+ advocate for the buyer.

Jerry arrived at the arranged time. He is very thorough. He went and practically inspected the home inside and out. He showed me the problems that he saw and gave me tips on solving it and possible repairs or what I would need to do. The whole process itself was about 4 hours. Which is pretty good in my opinion because he inspected everything. Overall, I think the price was fair because it was a huge house. My home is 3900 sq feet heated. Great guy and great service. I highly recommend.
