I also needed additional inspections and Ryan gave me a great referral to another contractor that was able to complete the additional inspections the same day!! I live in a townhome with a flat roof. Ryan took on this roof replacement and stuck with it. Ryan met with the inspector several times to insure the roof met all standards required by Casselberry. I just cannot put into words the appreciation I feel for Ryan and Juan. It was a big job with specific details,. The crew was there working everyday day, 10 to 12 hours a day. Ryan had great communication with us from top to bottom. He even tried saving us the project cost by contacting the original contractor who changed the roof 3 years ago to come and fix our issue. The original contractor wouldn’t stand by his work, so Ryan was able to help instead. The project ended up being LESS than the original estimate.
