 + -1 morePainting went fine but we were very disappointed in their efforts to clean up. Pieces of the popcorn celing were everywhere. We were told that they would clean up the mess that painting popcorn ceilings could cause but they did a very poor job of it.
Description of Work: Covered areas and furniture with drop cloths and painted popcorn ceilings.

 + -1 moreThe men were on time,friendly, and courteous. Reviewed the work to be done with me before starting. They finished within the time frame they set. Did some extra touch ups on the walls (which were a different color). Made a better demarcation line between the kitchen ceiling and the entryway ceiling.
Description of Work: Repaired ceiling from leaking roof. Painted entire ceiling and touched up some spots on my walls that the dog had damaged (which wasn't part of the estimate).

Description of Work: Complete remodel of a 2800 sq ft house for me. They redid the roof including the roof trusses and decking, they stuccoed and painted the outside of the house and repainted the interior and replaced the drywall ceilings. The price had to increase from the bid due to some unforeseen issues

 + -1 moreThese guys are the best and they always do more work then they are contracted to do. They are licensed building contractor's and warranty all work, they finished the above in 11 work days! And I never have a problem selling a house they do for me!
Description of Work: I use this company to remodel repossessions I buy, this particular job required: exterior pressure wash and paint, roofing, repair the roof deck, replace drywall and patch holes on the inside, re-popcorn the ceiling, paint walls and ceilings in side, light remodel both baths. And remodel the kitchen! Also repair and re-pour the patio and replace part of the screen room!

 + -1 moreWE REALIZED ABOUT 3:00 PM ON A WEDNESDAY WHEN HAVING A HOME INSPECTION THAT WE HAD A STUCCO PROBLEM. JIM WAS CONTACTED (ALONG WITH ANOTHER COMPANY) AND SAID HE WOULD BE OUT BY 9:00 THE NEXT MORNING. EACH TIME JIM SAID HE WOULD BE THERE ON A CERTAIN DAY AND TIME HE ALWAYS PERFORMED EXACTLY AS HE SAID. HE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO CALL TO CONFIRM THE NIGHT BEFORE STARTING THE WORK.
Description of Work: CUT OUT DAMAGED AREAS, INSTALL NEW METAL LATCH, APPLY STUCCO, BASE COAT AND TOP COAT OF MATCHING. APPLIED COAT OF PRIMER AND A COAT OF FINISH PAINT.
