They did what they said they were going to do, which was fix a nagging problem that a different service provider, Holler Honda, failed to do on several attempts! The only reason I rated them a B on price is because I have not comparison shopped new starter motors, but the price seemed reasonable, and since Mechanics Plus fixed a nagging problem, it was well worth the price!

Scott has always been very helpful and professional which is why we continue to use this company. Recently, our daughter's car would not start. He kept us well informed as the diagnostics were performed and gave us more than just one option for a course of action. We appreciate the customer service that is provided!

They got the job done in a timely manner, but I thought the price was a lot more than it should have been.

I dropped in with no appointment. Within an hour, the part had been picked up and installed. These guys do most of the maintenance on our two Toyota vehicles and I appreciate their approach. But those are regularly scheduled maintenance appointments. I thought this was great for a pop in.

First time here. They Did a fantastic job identifying the core issues and talked us through the options. Scott and Brian were top shelf all the way. They even worked with us on price since the additional repairs ran us over budget. The owner himself actually called me to work with us on a fair price. Couldn't be happier. Already have plans to bring our other cars in immediately.

Went well took a bit longer than expected because the problem was worse than expected. Had to leave car over night. Next day didn't get my car till end of day because they got the wrong part to be replaced. Managed to resolve the issue and get it back to be just before they closed. Manager is always friendly and descriptive about the problems, and excellent on keeping you updated. They only negative with Mechanics Plus is the cost, they charge you top dollar, but you get great quality work, I've never had a problem with the quality of their repairs, or condition of my car afterwards.

I called Mr Allen on thursday and asked if it was possible for me to get my car in on friday, He told me no problem. Upon arrival Scott was right there to say hello. Scott asked all the right questions and called me right away with a estimate, He told me exactly what I needed and nothing extra. I was stunned when Scott told me the price,I almost wanted to ask if that included labor lol. Scott was very aware and alert he noticed from my email address and shirt I was wearing that I was a Veteran. They gave me a great discount for being a Vet. I thank Scott and all the guys at Mechanics Plus for thier outstanding service and for supporting the Troops. I will tell everyone i know to go here for any service they need done to thier vehicle.

They were very good. They're a little bit pricey but they took my car in and they did everything I asked them to do. They looked my car in particular up in a book that told them exactly what my car needed with my mileage. I was very impressed by that. I've never seen anybody do that before. They're very honest and sincere. I trust them completely. They're very polite and they don't treat women like idiots. A lot of places do and a lot of places take advantage of me. I didn't feel that they took advantage of me at all. They're very busy and they do a lot of work on big trucks, A lot of people go to them. They're a little bit of a difficult prace to get to. I have to go past, turn around and come back. They took me in the same day I called. They had my car done within a few hours. I don't think they have a place for people to have to wait. That may be a problem.

They are excellent! I highly recommend them. Their prices are fair. The owner of the shop deals with you personally especially if you have any questions about your car.

It went fine. They stayed late to allow us to drop off the vehicle. We picked it up the next day. The service didn't blow me away like other Angie's List providers have (in other categories). Not sure if I will use them again or not.

I signed up for Angie's List *specifically* to find a reputable mechanic for this job. I knew it was a big job, and I didn't want to leave it to just anyone. I wanted a shop that had excellent reviews and stood behind their work. So far, the car continues to run well, and I was pleased that the work came with a year's warranty in case I should have any issues. Mechanics Plus was very thorough in walking through the needed repairs with me in detail, patiently answering all my questions, and working through my husband's questions as well (not an easy task!). I am pleased every day to get into my car and know that it should get me where I need to go, barring something unforeseen. Thanks, Mechanics Plus!

I love them. They're friendly. They tell me exactly what they think is wrong with the car. They're timely in getting back to me if it's not what they think it is. They are reliable. They don't make up things that are wrong with the car and charge you for it. I've used them several times and they're always spot on.

My 1997 Ford Expedition had been sitting up for over six months while I was out of town attending to some family health issues in Texas. I had to replace the battery when I got back and after driving it a few days, the engine began to miss badly and run rough. Being an older vehicle with well over 100,000 miles, I feared the worst. I had talked to Mechanics Plus last year about some work on my Jeep, but that involved some computer software that only the dealer could handle. I was impressed with their operation at that time. I dialed one of the numbers for Mechanics Plus listed on their website and then realized that it was the owner's cell phone. I quickly hung up since I didn't want to bother him directly and started to dial the office number when my phone rang and the owner, Bill Allen, was returning my first call. After explaining my problem, Bill asked me to bring my vehichle in the next morning stating that they didn't charge anything to look at the vehicle. Bottom line, by nine o'clock the next morning, my problem was analyzed, part ordered, delivered, and installed. All for what I consider a very reasonalble price. Bill, Scott, and Chuck were very pleasant, helpful and informative. I will definitly use Mechanics Plus again when needed.

Took my car in on a Tuesday for assessment, and Scott felt confident he would be able to secure a white side mirror to match my car. He acquired the part on Wednesday, and by Thursday afternoon, the job was completed. I was pleased with the whole experience: the positive attitude, clear explanations, and professional manner. I will take my car there for future service.
