Once he began the installation of the first fan, Manuel found he needed to replace the pipe drop for the ceiling fan as it was the wrong circumference - the extra time and work did not make him skip a beat. He installed both fans and mounted the remotes on the wall for me. I recommend him without ANY reservations. He is just a kind person and blessed with a good deal cheerfulness and common sense.
