I called this company for tree trimming because they advertised on their flyer as having their own machinery to do the work. I left a message on their voicemail and got a return call within two hours. This was a Friday morning. Jade, the owner, came to my house within 30 minutes of his call back. He was extremely easy to talk to, and he patiently answered all my questions while we walked around my yard. He made suggestions and asked me about my wants on how I wanted the trees to look. The next morning, Saturday, he and his crew were trimming my oak at 7 AM, and Jade even asked me to look at the trees during progress to make sure I was happy with how the trees were looking. I introduced Jade to a couple of my interested neighbors, and after he finished with my job, he did some tree work for them same day. We were all extremely happy with the whole experience of using Jade and his company. Also, he and his crew completely cleaned up after the work, the yards looked great!
