Jodi was punctual and answered all my questions but the work preformed was not a deep cleaning or cleaning. Not all the fan blades were cleaned neither was the windows and glass doors. There was a greasy residue on the floor in the kitchen from the cleaner she used which got tracked all over the house since we stepped in it and dirt was still on the floors. She also plugged in a monitor that should not be plugged in and left lights on after leaving. We've deep cleaned our house before with a crew of two people that took 5.5 hours and she was by herself and only took 3 hours. She claimed she starts from the top and works down working until the job is complete. She picked and choose what to clean focusing on areas that she believed to be dirty. A lot of the areas she "cleaned" had to be re-cleaned.
