It was great. They were much cheaper than other estimates I received. They were prompt and professional.

Jeff' came in a scoped the entire line from the farthest point in the house to the county sewer line. His video equipment not only showed the problem, the video marks the camera movement in feet so we knew our sewer line was broken at 61 to 72 feet. He also traces the camera end within an inch and marks where the sewer line is in the yard or floor. The image quality of the scope was awesome and he also gives you the dvd of the scope. It was a bit more than I expected to pay but it was worth it as we were messing around guessing where the problem was. Now we knew exactly what the problem was. We dug up 2 feet on either side of his flags and replaced the line. Job done!

I did wait an extra day, but it was okay. The work was done quickly and effectively, and the (low) price was unbelievable! I highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with him. They were here when I expected and did what they were supposed to. I actually had a problem with one unit; they came back a second time, redid it at no charge and it works fine from this point on. Their pricing seems fine and I will use them again in the future.

Got three bids and they were significantly lower than the other two bids. Also checked water heater they were installing to be sure they were not installing inferior product. Water heater rated just fine. Showed up on time, worked efficiently and left area in great condition. Absolutely no problems and was amazed at the difference in price. Price was hundreds of dollars less.

He is wonderful. He could have easily overcharged me and told me I needed a new one. He didn't. It went really well. He came out and he fixed a switch. I had the same problem again a couple of days later. He came out and fixed it free of charge. It has been working for two years. The water heater is old and I appreciate not having to buy a new one.

We had a water drip down a 2" PVC drain line after a hard rain in the ceiling of my children's playroom downstairs. I called and they sent someone out that was in the area. Two of them showed up, with the head plumber talking on his cell phone the entire time about repairs to his home computer. They were there for no more than 10 minutes. The junior plumber said they ran both master bath lavatories and determined that there was no leak. He said that they suspected that there was a breach on the roof at the lead boot and that my husband could climb up there and seal it. They charged me $95 for this. Ridiculous! The worst thing is that I have used their services for a few years. It's time to find a new plumber.

I live in a condominium. My sink and my neighbors sink has the same connection so he had to get up on the roof and snake out the vent. Because I was so pleased with the work that he had done I asked him to remove the old facet in my bathroom and install a new one. He was very clean and they cleaned up their mess and was also very careful to close the screen door behind him when going back and forth to their truck.
