Computer Repair
Unfortunately, this company took a long time to evaluate the problems. One time when I called, they couldn't even locate my equipment. I called several times and the technician wouldn't return my calls. Eventually, I got my printer back and it was repaired, but it took forever.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE HELPED ME A LOT. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND THEY WERE HAPPY AND EAGER TO HELP ME.
