 + -1 moreUnfortunately, this company took a long time to evaluate the problems. One time when I called, they couldn't even locate my equipment. I called several times and the technician wouldn't return my calls. Eventually, I got my printer back and it was repaired, but it took forever.
Description of Work: They checked out my printing problem. I was having trouble with getting colors to print as accurately as they do on the computer.

 + -1 moreTHE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE HELPED ME A LOT. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND THEY WERE HAPPY AND EAGER TO HELP ME.
Description of Work: MY REMOTE CONTROL UNIT BROKE. I ORDERED A NEC REMOTE CONTROL UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY. I ALSO ORDERED A NEC PX61XM3A SYSTEM BOARD FROM THIS COMPANY FOR MY BIG SCREEN TV.
