For the actual appliances A, I love them. The people who installed them not so much, that was an F. The sub-contractor was the F.

I would go back to them anytime, they're always helpful there.

They gave an excellent deal on their appliances but find their own installers.

For price, it was probably too expensive, I would give them a B. For responsiveness, I gave them a C because they went to the store, and it took them a while to come out. It also took them a while to schedule to do the work. The work was great when they were here. It took longer than I expected it to take. The workers were good, professional. They didn't speak English which isn't bad, it makes communication a little difficult. You can't expect to be able to communicate with everybody. From what I remember, it was Spanish. I don't really know Spanish and I am too old to learn now. I don't want to learn.

Yes, we used Home Depot, the one in Casselberry actually. They were installed around last October. Pretty much after they were installed, I haven't seen them since. They are excellent windows, I love them. I do need to call them back to do a couple of things but it is just pretty simple like the screen isn't sliding right on a sliding door but I just need to make the call. It was around 17000 or 18000, entire house. Yes, they did quite a bit of work and it was badly needed. They were very much on time and very diligent about their work. They were good at what they did the contractor that they used to do it. The sales man was very, very good as well, very informative. I was very surprised. The price, I thought it was fair, I did the whole house. I always think that things are too expensive now a day’s anyway. They responded. Yes, I would use them again in the future, definitely. The manager of the store is Audrey, he is very nice, very good, very helpful, informative. If he doesn't know, he finds out.

Initial contact at Home Depot (Terri J.) was great with every aspect of the in store process. The subcontractor arrived 1 week later for appointment to do final measurements. The measurements took about 2 hours and covered every aspect of the job. David A. was very knowledgeable and professional & actually made wood templates so there's not much room for errors. David found we had "drop edge" tops which was not factored into the initial in store estimate. It was still "just an option" with the new tops but we chose it to keep the same look but it did add $165 to the final cost. Jarrad at their shop was great at answering some of our questions. 3 weeks later, the installers arrived with 3 pieces of premanufactured tops. Removals took about 2 hours and installation was about 3 hours. The guys worked fast, professional & were able to answer all of our questions. Tops looked great-Fit Perfect. My 2nd home improvement project with Home Depot that went rather well. I'm impressed.

Everything went pretty good.

OVERALL, IT WAS PRETTY HORRIBLE. THEY TOOK OUR OLD DOORS, AND THEN THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE DOORS OPENING THE WRONG WAY. THEY ADJUSTED THE PRICE BECAUSE OF IT. I HAD TO ACCEPT IT OR ELSE I WOULD BE WITHOUT A DOOR FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS.

IT WAS GOOD. ACTUALLY THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT THERE IS A NECESSITY FOR AN EXTERIOR DOOR BECAUSE OF HURRICANES HERE. A PERMIT NEEDED TO BE PULLED, SO I PULLED THE PERMIT ON MY OWN BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR THE PERMIT. I THINK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING THAT THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE HANDLED.

THE INSTALLATION WAS FINE. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PAPERWORK IN THE STORE. IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS FOR THE PAPERWORK TO BE RESOLVED. HE PROCESSED IT WRONG. THE COLOR OF OUR BEDROOM CARPET WHEN I CAME HOME WAS NOT THE COLOR IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY JUST CAME IN AND DID THEIR JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AND EVERYTHING. I HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM. EVERYTHING WAS IN THE PRICE OF THE DOORS.

THEY DID NOT HAVE MUCH OF A SELECTION, BUT HAD TWO DESIGNS THAT WOULD MEET OUR NEEDS. THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION WERE SIMPLE AND EASY TO FOLLOW.

THE CARPET INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, BUT GOT RIGHT DOWN TO THE BUSINESS AT HAND (WHICH WAS REMOVING THE OLD CARPET, THE PADDING AND INSTALLING THE NEW CARPET). I WOULD UTILIZE THEM AGAIN.
