Class Cleaning

We contracted to have the carpets for our entire house cleaned. The only thing that got cleaned was our wallets. After the carpet dried and we could inspect it, it was a little cleaner, but certainly not clean. The carpet felt crustier than before and looked dingy. (We are a 2-adult household with a "no shoes" policy, so it's not as if the carpet was unduly dirty to begin with.) 
We paid 50% more for them to move the furntiure and "super dry" the carpet. We found dust and dirt remaining under large lightweight items like a wicker loveseat! To me, that was proof that they cut corners wherever they could. These guys were in and out in a little over an hour for a 2000 sq. ft. house. Their "super dry" was running 2 fans for about 15 minutes. It's inconceivable that you could clean that much carpet thoroughly in that short time.
I called them about the results. The owner came back to waste 45 minutes of my time with doubletalk, trying to tell me what a great job they did, and that they would not be interested in trying again. They had no interest in my satisfaction. Their response basically was, "so you wanted your carpet to look clean?"
