Marty Olson returned my call promptly and gave me an appointment for an estimate. Marty showed up as promised, examined the problem and advised there was no need to resurface the pool, but we actually have a problem with the palm trees around the pool. Seems the roots have extended under the deck and removing the trees will prevent further damage. Marty offered to return and repair the existing gaps, for which we should end up paying much less than we had anticipated. Marty gains nothing from the removal of the palm trees and were not for his honesty, we could have ended up paying a huge amount of money for unnecessary work, to then end up having to remove the palm trees anyway. Thank you Marty, for your professionalism and I will definitely be using your services in the future!

It was a free estimate. They were here on time. His name was Marty. He was very nice. He gave me copies of their insurance and other documents in a folder. He was very professional. He didn't try to push a sale too much. I felt comfortable with him in the home as a woman by myself. I felt at ease.

THE ONE OPINION THAT I HAD WAS THAT THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, BUT THEY CHARGED ME SALES TAX ON THE SERVICE TWICE. IT TOOK A LONG WHILE TO GET IT FIXED.
