BATHROOM SHOWER ENCLOSURES

They were great. They were so helpful. Terri, the vice president, asked a lot of questions and answered a lot of questions. Everything fits properly now that it is installed. They were so concerned about me. They were very generous with the information. What impressed me most was that they truly cared that I was happy and that it was done right. They seemed to care more about me than the sale. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came and gave us an estimate in both dollars and time to order the glass and other parts. We also had to give a 50% deposit. After the time elapsed we tried calling the company and it took a long time to get a return phone call. When they first came to the house the glass was still clear and installation had already been started. They offered to give a slight break if we kept the clear but we didn't want it. They then took over a week to frost the glass. When they came back to install the glass, the chrome was scratched, after they got new chrome then the hinges were defective and had to be replaced. This took another few days to resolve. Basically they took five weeks for a three week job, had to come out 4 times. Although it looks great it was tough dealing with the lack of phone calls and the lack of taking responsibility for messing up the job. They were also late for every appointment.

Very professional job. Came when they were supposed to. Workers were polite and cleaned up when they were done. This was the second time I used this company.

From beginning to end this fairly simple project that I was originally told would take two to three weeks, ended up taking six months. There was a string of excuses, but the bottom line is poor management and extremely unprofessional, inexperienced employees. Phone calls were not returned. Scheduled appointments were NO SHOWS, not once, not twice but three times! I called repeatedly speaking with the clerical staff, voicing my concerns and issues and not one time did the owner, Craig McPherson ever contact me. While here working one of his men opened my linen closet and removed towels to mop up a mess he made, without asking permission (I had stepped out of the room)! Another employee was sent out to investigate why the shower still leaked, after installation and told me he would perform the necessary repair work and I could pay him what I thought would be fair, and not involve the owner. Was fed up with his excuses and found someone else to correct the problem and finish the project.

I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PRODUCT OR THE INSTALLATION. I LIVE IN KISSIMMEE, AND THEY CAME TO ME WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. THE DOOR IS EVEN BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THAT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND THE GLASS ORDERED IS EXCELLENT. I FIRST THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT ONCE IT WAS IN, I NO LONGER QUESTIONED THE PRICE.
