After paying this company for a new A/c and installation on Oct 2012, my a/c stopped working. I called the company believing I was still under warranty. As it happens, it is only 1 year parts and labor and the 10 year warranty is for parts only. The representative that called me in the morning did notify me that there would be $80 service fee for coming to my home and additional labor cost before coming to my home which I was very unhappy to hear. The repair man arrived at my home and diagnosed the part that needed replacement. Then told me he needed to go pick up the pair at the manufacturer. Then he came back and installed it within 15-20 minutes but charged me labor for entire time spent picking up the part. Therefore I paid almost $300 for a $30 part. What is the point of buying a new a/c that is under warranty, when you are being ripped off for labor ?
I also printed a coupon from the website that stated free service call with repair for new customers but the website does not specify what they consider a new customer. This is my first repair with them and I asked them to honor the coupon which I was told no because i was not considered a new customer and they needed to pay their employees and for their vans and if they allowed me to use this coupon then they would have to give everyone else this. I didn't know how little they value their customers and how little they care about providing good customer service. I guess allowing me to not pay their $80 service fee would prevent them from paying their employees.
This company does not care about customers. All they care about is taking your money.. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

The salesman was prompt and on time for the initial appointment. Appeared knowledgeable and personable. Stated work would begin within three days, which was correct. Installers were a little late for stated installation time, but were friendly and did not waste time while working. They removed their shoes before entering the home. During installation it was discovered that the Air Handler had a dent and it was replaced with another one immediately. The work was performed within one day. After installation there was a problem discovered with the installation; approximately 2 feet of copper wiring was exposed outside, which I was not happy with. When I contacted the original saleman, he stated he would have it corrected the following week, but it was normal for the cooper to show. I stated I was not happy due to cooper stealing ongoing here and in other states. After no one came out the following week, I contacted the office and the General Manager assured me some would be out the next day; someone did show and the cooper issue was resolved. But a couple days later, the a/c stopped working completely that evening. I contacted the office and the issue was resolved the next day. I was promised a copy of the Trane Warrantly would be received from the office the next week after installation, but it was not received. It took numerous phone calls and emails to the office, with promises it would be done. Per Trane website, you only have 60 days from installation to register, otherwise it affect the warranty. Installatin date was April 25th, I finally got an email from the office today June 12, 2013,with a copy of the invoice showing 2 of the 4 serial numbers needed, telling me to go the Trane Warranty website and register the unit myself with my personal information, name, address, etc. This is information they should have since I am their customer and not an employee. Plus, the serial numbers they provided on their invoice were incorrect. I had to do a physical inspection of each part inoder to register the warranty. I forwared a copy of the registration along with an email requesting they correct their serial number and acknowledge receipt of my request and the necessary corrections made. The unit is under warranty for labor for 1 year, therefore; I would used them in the future. Most of the furstration I experienced was due to untimely response from the saleman and office staff.

Overall I was very pleased with the service and there thoroughness. I will definitely call them in the future for any Aand C needs.

I was very pleased from the initial consultation for the estimate through to the installation.  They are a professional company and were the most competitive in pricing.  I received four estimates overall for my unit and was impressed most with the presentation of this company from the sales person.  He understood that I had decided on a two different units through my research and didn't try to talk me into the most expensive unit.  He just gave me more facts on the two units I was looking at so I could make a more informed decision.  Other companies were trying to sell me on units I did not want.  The installation was very professional and clean.

The evaporator coil on our old system developed a leak that couldn't be repaired and would have to be replaced. After calls to many HVAC companies around the area, we discovered that a replacement coil was going to cost somewhere around $1,500 and would only include a limited warranty. Instead of trying to repair an aging system that was probably going to develop more problems soon, we decided to go ahead and replace the entire system. After researching numerous companies, we chose to go with Air Techs, Inc. based on the 1 review we found online and their rating with the BBB. Very glad we went with them. Everything was very professional from the estimate with their salesman Bob, to the installation. On the day of the installation, they arrived to replace the system exactly when they said they would. The installation took just a few hours and the guys doing the install seemed to know exactly what they were doing. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and the old system was hauled away. Best of all, we have air conditioning again! All in all I have to say that the price was very reasonable and these people seem honest and knowledgable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
