Affordable Custom Blinds

We met Chris via a referral from  2 others who'd had plantation shutters installed in their homes.  Since we were able to see his finished product in both homes, it was an easy decision to hire him.  He arrived at our appointment on time and answered all our questions in detail.  He also took us to a home where he had done plantations, motorized blinds, etc. so that we could see some options in real life.  Because the blinds we wanted were high-end and had to be shipped from over-seas, we had an almost two month wait.  Chris was able to use some of his discards to cover the windows in our bedroom and baths, which was wonderful.  Much better than brown paper and painter's tape!  On installation day, Jason the installer and Chris arrived to begin the work.  Again, punctual.  As an aside, they are the nicest two men and it was a pleasure working with them from start to finish.  We had two major projects for installation which included a HUGE living room arched window and a 16' sliding glass door in the family room.  In addition, we had a second sliding glass door in the master, plus other windows throughout.  They worked for 8 hours, and because of a couple of glitches, resumed the next day.  Being a  perfectionist, I wanted every single window to look as near perfect as possible.  The two interior mount shutters had some adjustments to be made because the structural window casings were off by quite a bit.  Because of the peculiar shape of the oversized kitchen window, we did not want it covered.  However, it looked unfinished as is.  Chris suggested a lovely 10" faux wood valance which did the trick.  After all is said and done, I could not be more pleased with their responsiveness, suggestions and finished product.  I'm sure I could have found another business who might have been able to do it for less but, in this instance, I got more than I paid for.   As a caveat, I must say that I much prefer working with a hand's on business owner than a corporate giant who has nothing to lose if things don't go well.  I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for quality.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE PRICE WAS GOOD, AND I WAS SATISFIED. IT WAS JUST ONE YOUNG MAN. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE. I PASSED ON THE NAME TO ANOTHER COUPLE OF PEOPLE, AND THEY WERE HAPPY, TOO.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY JUST SEEMED TO DO A GOOD JOB AND CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK. EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THEY DID. THEY JUST DID ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. IT WAS VERY QUALITY WORK.
