+ -1 moreTHERE WAS FRUSTRATION WITH THE FIRST PIECE, AND THEN SECOND PIECE CAME LATER. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD ALL THE PIECES, BUT IT TOOK THREE WEEKS FOR THE WHOLE COUCH TO COME BACK.
Description of Work: IT WAS FIXING SEAT CUSHIONS ON A FIVE PIECE COUCH.
