Excellent installers, nice business owners and staff! We felt very comfortable with all of them and confident the work would be done properly. Upstairs tile installation requires installation over a backer board which is installed over the plywood/wood subfloor, so they need to know what they are doing. These two installers were professionals and did a great job. Very reliable and cared about the outcome. We would use them again, and we will certainly highly recommend them to others!

They are prompt to come out and give an estimate, their prices are reasonable and competitive. The installation was perfect. I have used them two times before and they have always done a good job. Terri in the office is very competent and gets back to you quickly.  The estimator is Nick Howard and he is a pleasant and competent person. My three experiences have all been very good. This should be one of the businesses that you get an estimate from when doing any type of floor covering job.

They were fine and everything went well. I find their prices to be a bit on the high side but not overly so. They do have a very good selection of any type of flooring you could want and it is quality stuff.  The biggest complaint I have is with their hours. Open 9-3 M-F, 9-noon Saturday and closed Sunday. This makes it very difficult for working people to get by there. However, they do take appointments. On a previous job they did for us, it took longer than expected to do the work because the installers rarely showed up before noon....but they did a good job.

They had a show room to look at for samples and they seemed very knowledgeable about the product and what to use. They gave a good price.

Installed on time at reasonable price. I have been using this contractor for my home and commercial buildings since 1999.
