We have been using Michael for several years. He helped us install our point of sale and biometric equipment when we switched from paper and he was most helpful in so many ways. He instructed us on the use of all our new equipment and took ownership of problems that arose in the future that was not his to take. He stayed on the phone several hours trying to work an issue out with technical support that was finally resolved at no additional charge to us. We would not use anyone else for anything technical. The fact that he comes over and does not try to access us via remote control means something to us as a business.
Today's issue was fairly simple. He installed a new router that was incompatible with our existing equipment and fixed several other minor issues that had been bugging us over the past few weeks. My main computer at the main site had several viruses and malware that left me incapable of doing anything online. All fixed.

The technician (Michael) was very prompt and punctual with his service. He was very friendly and polite and had my computer working in about 20-25 minutes. I will be going back to him for all my computer and electronic repairs from now on. Great service for a reasonable price.
