DEEP-END POOL SERVICE

One person comes out. It takes about half an hour. They do what needs to be done and are reasonably priced. I would recommend them because they are reliable.

I first contacted Ray Chandler, Deep End Pool service, when we moved into our home in Oct. 2012.  I called a neighbor across from me and they advised me that their next door neighbor used Deep End Pool Service and that the neighbor was very particular about her property.  I promptly called Ray and he arranged to come out within the next week to take a look at the pool and give me an estimate of the monthly costs. 
When Ray arrived, we talked price, he checked out the pool and advised us to NOT use the pool ladder as is, because it was pulling away from the wall and pavers. He promptly fixed the ladder in the next visit. When Ray checked the pool heater, etc. I discovered that some other service was supposedly taking care of this pool, but the owners were not in residence sometime before the sale and therefore were not aware of how the pool was being taken care of. That service was charging for service when in fact he had not been there for some time. The levels were not where they were supposed to be, and Deep End got us up and running to where we enjoy our pool every day. 
We had some small things to be fixed, lights out in the pool, filters to be cleaned, etc. Deep End is always available for phone calls for any questions we had, (we've never owned a pool), and they never try to sell us any additional services that we don't need nor any equipment replacement until needed. 
They always come on the day they are scheduled to be here, always around the same time of day, and truthfully they have become friends of ours as well as business associates. They are trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and hard workers. I would NEVER hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 

I really like them and would not use anybody else.  He does whatever that is needed for a pool.

They are pleasant to deal with.  He seems like a nice, responsible fellow.  I'm satisfied.  He does the job satisfactorily, he's on time and everything is fine.

Bill's experience and intuitiveness for pools is great. Prior to Bill's arrival I had three different pool people come look at my setup and shake their head and say I don't understand why it's not working properly. Bill came and looked at the pipes and connections and saw they needed to be cleaned up and found the filter bleeder to have a crack in it. Within an hour both items were addressed and I finally had some water pressure and flow into our pool. If you have a pool problem this company is the first one I will call in the future.

He is reliable and good if you have a problem. He does good work.
