Chris towed our 55 Chevy from one garage in SW Cape to our new garage in NW Cape. We could not have asked for better service! If you need a tow, Chris's Dead or Alive Towing is the one you should call. You will not be disappointed. We were very pleased with him.

Chris took the time to understand my dilemma and when asked provided me with the name and availability of a mechanic who could service my son's car for half the amount being charged by the dealership. This was extremely important to me because I don't know many mechanics who could service a mini besides the dealership.
As a teacher and single mother of a college aged son I don't have the resources to just fork over a couple of thousand to the dealership. I have to count every penny and Chris made it possible for my son to get his mini fixed and back on the road so I didn't have to miss any time from work. He was always available and always returned my calls and texts within the hour. After my son and I picked up his mini Chris called later that evening to make sure we were happy with the services provided. What was really unexpected is how Chris took time discussing with me available options for repairing our vehicle. How many people do you know who will go to the trouble to provide that type of service in today's cut throat business world?

The driver arrived within about 30 minutes of my call, just as a rain storm was closing in. She very promptly and efficiently loaded my car onto the truck (in the pouring rain) while I sat in the cab of the truck. When we got to the dealership, she unloaded the car where they wanted it.
The driver was very professional.
