They didn't tell me we would need to pay for his transportation. He came over and put the computer together however did not transfer info and files from our other computer and he was here for 5 solid hours, which was ridiculous. I had another company come in a couple days later and he fixed what Wally had done and an hour and a half. Overall, a terrible experience.

Wally was great. He took our computer home to work on it Monday afternoon, brought it back fixed on Tuesday morning. Works great thanks to Wally. Highly recommended?
