"Please be advised!! We never did any work for this gentleman. We simply gave him an estimate with the understanding that if he could sign up immediately, we could give him a discount in the price because we had an opening in our schedule and could fill that opening with their job. We feel that it is unfair that Mr. [Member Name Removed] should be allowed to put a bad review in for work that was never done on Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s roof in the first place. Therfore it is a false statement under Mr [Member Name Removed]'s statement saying that we completed work for him when in fact, we did no work for Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We simply gave him an estimate and he did not like the price, so we left. We never claim to be the cheapest company out there nor do we want to be. We always tell people "if you're looking for the cheapest price than you don't want us" Our work is quality all the way through, not cheap."

"We insist on the husband and wife be present together when inspection is completed so that they can both see the pictures and potential problems of the roof. If potential customers want to go ahead with the work, their are several items that need to be approved by the homeowners such as color, time that work should be started in the day ect. If only the husband is present during the estimate, then it is just a matter of time before we would get a call back saying that the wife wanted to see the pictures and the different services we are going to do. Then we would have to schedule another appointment to go back and do the estimate process over again when we could have done the presentation one time with both of them present. This exact situation has happened several times, so it is company policy that husband and wife be present at the time of the free estimate so another situation like that doesn't happen again."
