Always a great experience, they are growing fast so calling the day of to get an appointment is near impossible so plan ahead. Now a 24 hour emergency hospital is wait of my mind if anything happens at anytime.

Very well, Dr. Kroll found that she had a slipped disk in her neck causing the pain and the symptoms of a stroke. Prescribed prednisone and now she is back to normal doing her daily running.

FANTASTIC AS USUAL!!!! We have been going to Viscaya-prado Veterinary Hospital for a number of years now with our cat who has a medical condition which requires a prednisone shot every 3 months or so. We tried them after leaving an office we were unhappy with and are very grateful that we did! The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors (we've seen all but one of them) are very knowledgeable and caring; our favorite is Dr. Melloh who is the most compassionate and caring vet we've ever used.

Everything went well and we could see that our new puppy was in great hands. All personnel from reception to doctor's assistant to doctor were all very personal and professional and answered all our questions. My wife and I felt they were all happy to have us as a new customer. We will be using them during our Florida stays. We used the location at 2015 Del Prado Blvd. South which I think is their main location.

They were very nice but the dog shows no improvement

They were kind to my animals. They were available when I called to schedule an appointment. They were good at explaining things to me.

We go to the Viscaya-Prado located on Del Prado, not Country Club. It's the same company, but I believe some of the staff and vets are different. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences there with all of the doctors and front office staff. They are very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, kind and punctual. My dogs are my babies, so the kind part is a MUST for me. We recently moved from Cape Coral to Naples, but we will still be going to Cape Coral to use this office.

They do a good job and are not the most expensive veterinarian. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They are very knowledgeable. They consider our feelings and are very nice. They treat the dog very well. Their price is pretty good. We would definitely visit them in the future.

I would not recommend a Saturday appt. at this facility. We were on time and experienced a wait of at least 90 minutes in a very congested and confined waiting area with a steady parade of dogs coming through. It made for much more anxiety for the dog. However, once our dog was examined, the vet and vet tech were wonderful, took their time for questions and gave us good information. They indicated they would welcome phone calls if we had any questions. They were very caring. I would recommend them.

I spent $60 for the last service. The nice thing about them is that, they will put you on an e-mail list. When your pet is due for any kind of service, they will send out a quick e-mail. So, that's nice. All the people over there seem very nice. They are always gentle with your pet. They do a really nice job. I would use their services in the future too. They have got our records and everything, so that is who we would use.

Our family purchased a boxer puppy from out of town. She had her first round of shots and needed booster shots. We also were thinking about getting her ears cropped. When we called to set up an appointment the woman making them was rude and condensending. When I called back to get an estimate on the price for shots she was downright belligerent. I canceled the appointment. Why would I pay someone to be rude and judgemental of me. Apparently she was not fond of cropping the dogs ears. I truly understand personally having a bias but it is extremely unprofessional to force your views on a client of someone you work for. It is not her business but her employer's who is one of the few that does do ear cropping. She does her employer a great disservice.

What do you do with a very ill seahorse. I looked online, called the pet and aquarium shops and began to call the local vets. Viscaya had a knowledgeable vet that took the time to speak to me, give instructions and followed up after a few days with another call. The seahorse lived 9 days in his hospital tank with meds - but eventually did not make it. However, I learned a lot.

Dr. Kroll is very good. They do a very professional job there.

Never got back to me with the results until it was too late. My kitty died with in 24 hours after I got the test results. It took over two weeks to get the *explicit* results.

Have used this Vet for over one year, with a diabetic dog with lots of problems, have had excellent results.
