Window Treatment Service
On the sliding door cornice with jabot, the fabric seam is misplaced and prominent, very noticeable. I immediately brought it to the attention of the installers who recommended callling Regency's sales representative, Peggy Farley, which I did on the day of installation. Peggy stated she would speak with the drapery maker and call me the following Monday. By Thursday, I did not hear from her and recalled Regency, leaving a message on their voicemail. To date, 7/29/2011, there has been no response from Peggy or Regency representative. Vertical Factory has been included in the review for Regency Drapery because the receipt given to us by Regency has the name Vertical Factory.
