Excellent!! What a noticeable difference! Bob was easy to contact, schedule with, arrived as scheduled, cleaned up after the job was complete and was professional. Greatcexperience and definitely worth the cost!

Prompt, courteous, clean, efficient. Carpets stayed wet a little longer than I expected. His experience was appreciated, but I miss the little plastic protectors for the bottoms of chair legs. Unfortunately, wet wood can leave discolored marks on carpet when you move furniture at a later date. :(

We hired Bob to clean our large microfiber sectional sofa and carpets. He did a great job and the sofa looks like new again. I asked him if he would be able to shampoo the rug in our spare (small) bedroom and he threw it in for free. He was very responsive and kept to the schedule. He called me before he showed up which he said he would do when I made the appointment. We are very happy with the service we received!

I had moved all of the smaller tables and chairs, the throw rugs, and the hall runner out of the way.  Bob could then do the pre-spray on those traffic patterns and get started.  Because of the extra dirt (Bob recommends annual cleanings), the carpet was wetter than the last time and it was the next afternoon before I could get the house put back together.

The carpets were clean and the traffic patterns gone in less than 2 hours.  I put 4 sandwich baggies on the small bedside table legs that night and we stepped carefully from the carpet to the vinyl flooring.  The fans were on and we opened windows and doors but the temperature was just warm enough that we couldn't use the heater or the air conditioner much.  During the summer, we turn the A/C way, way down to dry out the inside air and carpet for a day and we can put things to right more quickly.

I am always pleased with how the carpets look when Uplifters, cleans them.

We settled on a time frame and date when we made the appointment.  On the day of the appointment, he calls before he arrives to give me a heads-up -- I need that so I can put the dogs outside.  Because my carpets are dirty he does the pre-treatment to loosen the ground in stuff.  Then he gets the hoses all laid out and begins to clean, starting with the rooms furthest from the from door.  He's done fairly quickly.  And it looks great!

I thought they did a really reasonable job at a great price.
