June 4, 2012 stopped in store to make appointment for re-installation of hurricane shutter inserts for our home. We were told then, it would take about 3 weeks to happen. Nothing happened. Called to inquire on July 16. Were told "we still have you on the list, another week or so." Call again July 30th when we are told by employee, it will be another 2 or 3 weeks. Owner calls later that same day and assures me someone will come by the next day (July 31) to do the install. I will get a call for confirmation. No one called and no one came by. I waited home all afternoon. August 1 call store to find out what happened. I am offered no explanation or reason. I am told they are very busy and he cannot talk right now. I hang up. Later that day I call again. Ask to speak to owner. I am told he will not be in until later in the day. Call again. Now he is in a meeting until 4 pm. Store closes at 4pm. No call from owner. August 2 call and speak with employee. Owner not in yet. I identify myself and request owner call me when he gets in. My number is taken. I tell employee, if you guys don't want to do the job, just say so instead of jerking me around for months. Owner never did call.
This company installed our hurricane shutters last year. They stopped mid-way through to start another job. No warning to us. We had to call them to get them back to finish the job, which they did ?a week later! I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Their customer service is horrible.
