Tuition Lawn Care

Very nice when setting up services.  Payment via their website secure & easy to use.  Unfortunately, the owner became ill and missed doing the lawn one week.  I did not receive a phone call, email or any information that he was unable to do the lawn, no one else did it, nor was I given an opportunity to find another person for a one time mow.  I'm sorry that illness intervened & realize he could not help that, but do not understand why there weren't other arrangements made to take care of the business or to notify people depending upon the service.   When my tenants complained that the lawn hadn't been mowed and it had been raining quite a bit causing the lawn to grow a lot is when I found out about him missing a week.  When he was contacted about missing it, he promptly dropped me from his service stating that the tenants were complainers and frankly, he didn't want to do deal with them anymore.  I don't believe that is professional.  If he wanted to drop the lawn after providing a month of service, all he had to do was contact me.  I will not recommend this lawn service to anyone.
