They did a great job, and did everything I wanted them to do. He was always on time. Very professional.

POOR QUALITY OF EVERYTHING!!
The only thing good about this company is that they made it convenient for me to stay in the house while the work was being done. (spent most of the time in my bedroom).
KITCHENThe problem was not in the removal of anything.  The workers came out and "seemed" to know what they were doing and were accomodating.  But when discussing the kitchen appliances with the owner (LARS), he showed me what he claimed were good quality appliances.  THEY WERE NOT! The dishwasher is somewhat difficult to use, it has had parts recalled and when the dishwasher cycle took as long as 3-hours to complete, I was told that was "normal for dishwashers today."  When they installed the lights, the dimmer switches would get very hot and I had to continuously insist they figure out how to fix the issue.  I later came to find out that the person working on my electric was not actually and electrician. Eventually the were forced to call a real electrician and, for the most part, fixed the dimmer switch.  The original double-oven installed did not work and again, was installed by a non-professional in the field. For the floor,  LARS convinced me that the new tile could be laid over the existing tile and that would be a good solid "foundation" that is more common today than removing the existing tile.  He however did not take into account that he would have to make "thresholds" for the doorways since now there was a lip going into each room.  After much pushing, and a few half-hearted attempts, he mildly satisfied me on that issue.
It had to be pointed out to LARS that when the new exhaust fan was put in, it was put in so low that almost anyone who approached the stove would bump their head. The lights he put into the ceiling are not all completely straight and the lights give off a fair amount of heat, which could have been avoided had he not cut corners.  The tile that was installed in the kitchen, hallway and entry all have dents in them, which I later learned was a factory defect, but something that I was never told by the person LARS had install the tile.  Also, the installer left glue to dry on some of the tiles and it will not come off.

MASTER BATH:  Lights that were put into ceiling are specialized (another word for expensive) lights that do not have interchangeable bulbs. Even LARS was surprised when he found out the price of the bulbs and the degree of heat these lights give off.  Also, the lights cause a glare in the bathroom that makes it difficult to see details when looking in the mirror.  The shower door was not installed correctly.  Initially in was installed on a diagonal slant and only after I found it was it changed.  The shower door did not stay closed because the frame on the side of the door was also not straight.  They were able to "rig" the door but now the door does not stay open.
The sink I use in the bathroom does not drain well.  I have since found out it is due to improper installation of a line under the sink that LARS had one of his men install.
The mirrors that were installed by a subcontractor had to be adjusted more than once and had to have additions added to them due to them not being cut to the proper size.  The light swich plate, also a mirror, was not installed properly and has very sharp edges.
Same issue with tile as in kitchen, hallway and entry.

PAINTING:  Having painted my house in the past, it was always understood that you paint a house with 2 coats of paint.  I was never told differently eventhough I did mention it.  I received ONE coat of paint on the inside and outside of my house.  This is also WITHOUT any primer.  The paint damages easily and when I mentioned this to LARS, he had one of his men drop off a small can of paint for me to do my own "touch-ups".  My front door was originally dark brown and I wanted the new color to be red.  When one coat of red paint did not cover the old brown, I was told that LARS would not allow primer to be put on the door.  After constant complaining and pushing, the door was finally red after 6 COATS OF PAINT.
All the interior doors in the house have paint peeling off of them since no primer was used and the doors not prepped properly.  The painters that worked for LARS also painted over all the weather-stripping on the doors so they stick and pull the paint off even more.
It was found that most of my french doors were missing paint on the bevelled edges by the glass.

UPDATE #1:  Lars has been out numerous time to "fix" the problems.  The problem is he is still trying to fix them with shortcuts and with people who are not familiar with the areas they are repairing (i.e- and electrician will paint...).

UPDATE #2:  All the doors in my house are now peeling to some extent.  LARS mentioned fixing them but he would have to remove the doors and take them for a few days.  I told him I won't do that.  Haven't heard anything since.

This company was introduced to me by STEVE UNSER. Please see his review before hiring him.  Very similar.
