I've been dealing with them for years. We're satisfied or I wouldn't be going back. It's a well established franchise that has been around for ages throughout the United States. They're average for what they do. They're reasonable, it's a national retail competitive outlet, so it's to be expected. It's par for the course.

The tires were purchased and installed as requested and in the time frame given at the time of purchase. Tires are expensive but with a factory Michelin sale, the price was lowered to a more reasonable level.

They were very nice on the phone. They listened to me rattle on about this constant leak in my tire. He suggested I bring the car by to have it looked at and said he could take me that evening if I came down soon. I told him I also wanted an oil change while I was there. We had to reschedule to the next day because they didn't have time for both that day. They were a little backed up when I got there and explained they had a problem with a car earlier and that set them back. They were very friendly and professional. They took extra precaution to keep my car clean and the lobby was clean. They got me in and out in no time once they pulled my car in. They gave me an oil change and explained that the sensor in the tire that tells you it is low was wet. Somehow water had gotten in there. I'm so glad it wasn't my tire.

I originally took my car to another repair place. They diagnosed my problem by to be a dash board switch for my air conditioning. Unfortunately they could not fix my car immediately. I drove the care to Tire Kingdom. They told me they would have to charge me another fee to diagnose my A/C although I had just paid to have it done. I then received a phone call that the switch was replaced but now I had a hole in the condensor. and it would cost me .. a lot. when I showed up they took me in the back to show me the hole. I went back up to the front desk and asked for my bill for the work already performed. I noticed it was the manager and asked him what the $80 dollar charge that was on my bill. He told me it was a diagnostic charge. I asked what it all included- he described how they check for leaks, and completely check the system. I then asked that if they had performed that procedure how on earth did I now have a hole (large) in my condenser and they not know about it. The deer in the head light look was priceless. He became quite defensive Either they did not perform the diagnostic procedure or caused the leak-purposefully or not. I did not have a leak with the first diagnosis. They wanted almost $800 ot repair it. I took my car to another repair place and they replaced my condenser for 1/3 the price

Counter person was quick to wait on me, and though didn't have the exact tire I wanted (matching two previous tires), matched them closely in quality and price. Overall wait time was about an hour, including rotation and front-end alignment. This was in spite of my being a walk-in.
Actual service person was friendly and professional. He also test-drove my car after the work was completed.
At no point did anyone treat me as a know-nothing female nor call me 'honey' or 'sweetheart', which can be a deal breaker for me.

Long wait for counter service ( about half hour and others waited longer) as their was only one person behind counter to handle all customers. Counter person was knowlegable and I believe selected best tires for my needs. Tires were advertised as Buy Two and Get Two Free. Beware of these Adds as total price still came to over $700 (including $17.99 for oil change)after including new valves, alignments, tire guarantees, etc. Make sure before you commit that you fully understand all charges and options. Had to wait over 2 additional hours for installation. It was obvious from this experience that they need more trained help.

Part of a national sale. Very pleased with service and product. Due to the sale only a limited model of tire was available. They explained the Sumi that was available and I have been quite pleased with the choice. Prompt service, friendly staff, good value for the dollar.
