The Royal Maid Service

I've used the company for years and don't expect to change. I have two cats and my main concern is vacuuming all the cat hair. Irene and Johanna do a wonderful job every week.

They did a wonderful job. Two women, Debbie and Solmaria came on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my entire house. They did the usual mopping, vacuuming, dusting but also totally cleaned both bathrooms and the kitchen (the stainless appliances look amazing!). They also cleaned the ceiling fans and the baseboards. I am so pleased, I will definitely have them back again and I would highly recommend The Royal Maid Service!!

Great job! Having used Royal Maids in the past, I can say this company lives up to its name and their employees are well groomed, well prepared and extremely competent.

With only one day's notice, two women appeared right on time, with their own cleaning supplies and REALLY cleaned the house.

We used this company twice and stopped using them due to wedding plans. The company was on time, professional and inexpensive. The cleaners forgot to clean one of the rooms on the first visit but did so on the second. I detected some attitude when we discovered they didn't clean the one room because the company sent them back out to do so. I would chalk that up to being new customers and learning what they were suppose to do in the first place. Overall we were pleased with the service andtheir response to our concerns and would use this service again. We have referred this company to others, who report no problems.

Ladies are professional, prompt and friendly. They take excellent care with my belongings and its a delight having them clean my home.

Cleaning crew arrived on time. Went right to work. Services done on monthly basis (7800). Crew always pleasant and offering! Excellent service.

They cleaned the house while I was gone. I was very pleased with the service. The house was clean and smelled fresh. I'm very particular about the bathrooms and kitchen. They did a very thorough job with those rooms. I will continue to use their services.

They were good. They were quite reputable and honest. Their price was reasonable although I don't remember the exact amount. They were insured. They had their identification and the identification of their vehicle. They were quite secure and well mannered. I remember that they came late one time. I have not used them for a while now.

When I called I got a quick response to my call and the owner came over to my house that day to survey the house and what I needed cleaned. I explained in detail that I wanted a deep cleaning for the Thanksgiving holiday and everything was written down by the owner. Two girls showed up the next day and when I tell you that they did a terrible job, that would be an understatement! I have two cats and their hair was still on my counter chairs and elsewhere. I've used quite a few services in the past and never had such a bad experience. I called the owner back up and she gladly sent two other cleaners over and they could not believe the previous horrible job. The two girls re-cleaned my house and that was that. I'll stick with my other cleaners thank you!

They came in and worked hard, one lady was a little critical. But they did a great job, and I would use them again, and recommend them to others. But I would warn them they may not be gracious.

I was very impressed with my initial contact with the Royal representative. She asked many pertinent questions and even went to the condo to assess the scope of work needed. Two representatives arrived on time and they were very polite and listened to my cleaning expectations. I did not stay while they worked. When I returned, the condo was clean. They missed the ceiling fan and some cabinets. I called Royal and the next day they were back to remedy the situation.

The cost was reasonable and within what we had paid before, but the work was faster and much, much better. They just did a great job on a lot of white tile. They were in professional looking uniforms. They brought all the tools and supplies they needed to do the job, and they did not waste any time while they were here.

After a less than satisfactory experience with another company, we decided to try Royal Maids. A friend had recommended them, but they mentioned it was difficult to schedule a cleaning because the company is in such high demand. I spoke with Tim, who is delightful, and he assured me that we would be able to schedule a cleaning and arranged for his wife, Patricia, to come out the next day for an estimate. Patricia (who was equally wonderful) was quick and professional and quoted a price far below what we had paid for our previous service. We were able to schedule a cleaning for the following day; my worries regarding availability quickly diminished. The girls arrived on time and did an excellent job. They even dusted my picture frames! I was thrilled. Tim called me as soon as they left to be sure I was pleased with their work, which I appreciated. I'm so glad we got the recommendation. We've decided to keep them as a permanent cleaning service. I love them!

Very well, aside from being approximately 30 minutes late for the cleaning appointment. They were very professional on the phone, in person and did a great job of cleaning exactly what I had asked for. They forgot to clean two closet floors, but overall did a fine job. (I am very picky). They cleaned a large mirrored wall on a ladder, and it was spotless. The glass doors were spotless as were the bathrooms. They guarantee their work for 24 hours to come back and fix anything you are not pleased with. Overall I was quite pleased as was the owner when he checked it out. We got our full deposit back.
